DeshNDezz is designed for mature creators, discerning collectors, and verified brand partners. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to establish a sovereign wallet or purchase luxury VIP Passes.

2. VIP Passes & Commercial Terms

VIP Black Passes and Creator Memberships are governed by the following commercial conditions:

• Sovereign Wallet: Transactions executed through our zero-fee platform infrastructure settle directly in real-time according to protocol parameters.
• Luxury Mall Reservations: Boutique holds, haute couture orders, and bespoke horology reservations require verified account credentials and concierge clearance.
• Pass Non-Transferability: Certain elite tier passes are strictly non-transferable and bound to your authenticated biometric identity.

3. Content Moderation & Community Standards

DeshNDezz maintains an uncompromising standard of civility, authenticity, and legal compliance:

• Counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, and fraudulent representations result in immediate account termination.
• Harassment, non-consensual imagery, and malicious disruptions of collaborative live broadcast stages are strictly prohibited.
• DeshNDezz reserves the right to revoke verified badges and VIP privileges for conduct violating our prestige community guidelines.

4. Platform Availability & Disclaimers

While DeshNDezz targets continuous 99.98% operational uptime, services are provided “as is” without implied warranties of non-infringement or uninterrupted broadcast streaming under adverse network conditions.
