• Technical Device Data: Device model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro), iOS version, application performance metrics, and network connectivity status.

3. Creator Data Sovereignty & Ownership

Creators retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all audio, visual, and literary content published to DeshNDezz. We do not use your proprietary creative work to train generative AI models without explicit, written bilateral consent.

DeshNDezz enforces military-grade transport encryption (TLS 1.3) and AES-256 hardware storage encryption across all server clusters. Sensitive biometric and payment details remain strictly isolated within Apple Secure Enclave.
